• Question: can bananans rot in ice

      I would err on the side of no? I think that frozen flesh seems to be pretty well preserved, although I am not a biologist so could be very wrong!

      I would think that depends how cold the ice conditions are and how stable, if there are air gaps etc. There are bacteria that can live in icy conditions and that could make the banana rot. However, the process would be much much slower than at room temperature.
