      That is quite an interesting question to answer, as there are many different ways you can define the “most solid”. I will define is as the element with the highest binding energy per nucleon. What this means is, the individual atoms have the strongest atomic bonds of any element! Thus, Iron 56 is the element that is the “most solid”, as it is the most difficult to break apart.
