Question: Is it hard being a scientist?

In a sense we all are scientists. If we ask questions about how things work? if we are curious enough to find out answers then we are all scientists . and I think it comes naturally to human species. but we name a certain group of people who dedicate their lives in finding answers as scientists.
Like any other job it has its ups and downs but I don’t think being a scientist is a hard thing
